We're delighted to unveil our latest TV ad, which stars Bella, a mischievous terrier, and her exasperated owner.
It hit screens in January 2020 and if you haven't seen it yet you can watch it here. The story shows that Bella's owner loves her, no matter what. And so does our pet insurance.

Watch Bella in our Love Your Pet Better ad
The ad follows Bella and her owner as she gets into scrapes at home and out on a walk.
In the bedroom, Bella chews on one of her owner's favourite shoes. Out in the park, she surprises a man on a bench by jumping on his lap causing him to spill his coffee over his face and down his beard.
Bella drags her owner down the road when she chases a runner at a bus stop. And finally she decides she wants to share a chip dinner before being swept up by her owner for a kiss.
Many pet owners will be familiar with the situations but we know that even when our dogs and cats behave like little monsters we still love them, no matter what.
Because pets have the unconditional love of their owners, we've designed pet insurance that loves them like you do.
We're here for the situations that are a little more serious so that your pet can get the treatment it deserves.
We have a policy that can cover up to £15,000 of vet fees and one that pays 20% of your premium back if you don't need to claim in a policy year.
Our customers love what we do, which is why they voted us the Most Trusted Pet Insurance Provider in Britain in the 2019 Moneywise Customer Service Awards.

Meet Bella
Bella is the mischievous black and white Chihuahua-Jack Russell cross who is the star of the ad.
We chose the name Bella when we wrote the script and were delighted to find the dog we cast is really called Bella.
She is a rescue dog from Battersea Dogs & Cats Home and you might have also seen her in some of their social media posts.
But Bella has even bigger credits to her name. Last year she appeared with Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones in The Aeronauts movie and she has acted alongside Ben Whishaw and Hugh Grant in the TV mini-series A Very English Scandal.
The cat that appears in the kitchen in our ad lives with Bella. Their owner Laura cares for a menagerie of animals that regularly appear on stage and screen.
Bella was a complete professional on set and everyone in the cast and crew of our ad loved their time with her.
Behind the scenes of the ad
Viewers from east London might recognise the location of the ad's park bench scene from Victoria Park, where we filmed on a November morning.
The bus stop scene was shot north of the park the same day.
Bella already knew how to perform most of the action we needed and her owner and trainer Laura was always on hand to provide her with prompts and small treats.
She had plenty of naps between takes and we had a vet on set at all times to make sure Bella was happy.
On the second day, the cat and the adorable child actor Marlow joined Bella. Although people say you should never film with children and animals, everything went exactly to plan and we loved working with Marlow and Bella.
You can expect to see Bella in more of our ads on TV, in magazine and online in 2020.
