Amazon.co.uk Gift Card promotion terms and conditions – July 2024
1. The Promoter is: ManyPets Ltd (“MP”) company no. 7886430 whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD.
2. The Promotion is for an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card (the “Promotion”) which will only be sent if you buy a new MP insurance policy (“Policy”) directly from Google advertising and if your Policy remains active for 45 days after the inception date.
3. The value of the Promotion will vary depending on the type of policy purchased. Customers buying a new MP cat insurance policy (“Policy”) will receive a £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, and customers buying a new MP dog insurance policy (“Policy”) will receive a £30 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
4. The Promotion starts at 00:01 GMT on 8th July 2024 (“Starting Date”) and ends at 23:59 GMT on 28st July 2024 (“Closing Date”). To be eligible to receive the Promotion, you must purchase a Policy before 23:59 on the Closing Date. All Policies purchased after the Closing Date shall not qualify for the Promotion.
5. We’ll send you a link to claim the Promotion code to the email address registered to your Policy. The email will be sent to you within 2 weeks of your Policy being active for 45 days. The link to claim the Promotion code must be used within 60 days of being sent to you. The email will be sent from noreply@runa.io.
6. This Promotion is limited to one Amazon.co.uk Gift Card per household. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other MP Promotion and is limited to first-time purchasers with MP, or returning MP customers who have cancelled their previous policy at least 12 months prior to the inception date of this new policy.
7. MP will not accept:
a. responsibility for Promotion entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Promotion.
8. MP reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
9. There is no entry fee for entering into the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
10. The Promotion is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Promotion is not transferable.
11. MP may complete eligibility checks to ensure that this Promotion is not being misused. Fraudulent transactions will be investigated and MPs reserves the right to disqualify an entrant from the Promotion at any time upon reasonable belief that an entrant is entering the Promotion in a fraudulent manner.
12. MP’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.
13. Any personal data relating to the Promotion will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to MP's Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
14. The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who have purchased a Policy before the Closing Date.
15. In accepting and redeeming the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Promotion. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
